We’re seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead high-impact initiatives and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role with one day per week onsite in Beaverton (Thursdays). The position has just opened, and we’re looking for someone who can start ASAP.

What You’ll Do
Lead end-to-end execution of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations teams to define scope, milestones, and success metrics.
Drive program planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple teams and geographies.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and ensure timely delivery of program objectives.
Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
Develop and maintain program documentation, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
Provide regular updates to leadership through steering committees and governance forums.
Track and report on KPIs to ensure transparency and accountability.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in technical program management, product operations, or engineering leadership.
Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Experience with Agile & Scrum practices.
Technical acumen in cloud technologies, APIs, and data platforms.
Proficiency with the Microsoft ecosystem: Azure DevOps, Power BI, SharePoint, Teams, Office 365.
Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Role Details
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid – 1 day onsite per week, Thursdays)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12 months, with potential for extension or conversion to FTE
Schedule: Standard business hours with flexibility for cross-time-zone collaboration
Team: Join a group of 4 Technical PMs, each managing multiple projects
