LHH is working with a reputable company in the Bellevue, WA area that is searching for a temporary to hire Accounting Administrator. Your main tasks will be handling invoices, responding to email inquiries, assisting with various reporting, and supporting the directors. The ideal candidate will have a blended background of both administrative and accounting experience. Professional communication skills are important since you will be coordinating with internal and external customers. This position is fully in the office with a normal work week schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors.
  • Respond professionally to email inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Managing requests from external customers, issues refunds, resolving account discrepancies.
  • Assist in preparing financial and operational reports for management review.
  • Support directors with scheduling, document management, and general office administration.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Two or more years of combined administrative and accounting experience in a professional setting.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
Employment Details
  • Temporary to hire position.
  • Fully in office in Bellevue, WA.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
