Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Bellevue, WA (Fully Onsite)
Contract Duration: 3 Months



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team during a 3-month onsite contract. This role is ideal for someone with prior HR administrative or coordination experience who is passionate about people operations and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings, training, and HR-related events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications:
  • Required: Previous experience in an HR administrative or coordinator role
  • Required: Background in Human Resources (either through work experience or current enrollment in a Human Resources degree program)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Experience in a fast-paced, professional environment
  • Familiarity with employment law and HR compliance practices


Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
