LHH is partnering with a software company that is searching for a Staff Accountant for their team. This position is a temporary role that offers a hybrid work schedule in Bellevue, WA. The ideal candidate will have a mix of both general accountant experience and accounts payable experience. Your main tasks in this role will be journal entries, invoicing, expense reporting, and reconciliations. The team is looking for someone with at least five years of accounting experience and someone who has previous experience with NetSuite. If you are available and interested in this, apply now.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and post journal entries to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Process accounts payable invoices efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Manage expense reporting, including review and reconciliation of submitted expenses.
  • Perform account reconciliations to support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Manage daily accounting tasks and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of professional accounting experience.
  • Proficiency with NetSuite and other accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general accounting principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills as you will be coordinating with both internal and external customers.


Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
