LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global pharmaceutical company to hire a Contracts Analyst to support its legal and procurement teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with experience in contract review, negotiation support, and compliance within a highly regulated industry.

The role offers a hybrid schedule, combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with legal, business, and vendor teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, draft, and revise a wide range of contracts including vendor agreements, clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, and service contracts
  • Support contract negotiations by identifying key terms, risks, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain and manage the contract lifecycle using contract management systems
  • Ensure contracts align with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices
  • Track contract milestones, renewal dates, and obligations
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and business units to streamline contract processes
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and documentation related to contract compliance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; legal studies or paralegal certification preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in contract analysis or legal operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Strong understanding of contract structure, legal terminology, and risk mitigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
