Accounts Receivable/Credit Specialist (Hybrid, Contract-to-Hire)
Pay: $24–$27/hour

Overview:
We’re looking for a AR/Credit Specialist to manage customer accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve billing issues. This role involves analyzing account activity, handling disputes, and supporting smooth order processing. You’ll work independently under established guidelines and collaborate with internal teams to keep operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and reconcile customer deductions and chargebacks; negotiate solutions when needed.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on delayed payments to resolve issues quickly.
Approve customer orders for shipment based on credit status.
Prepare regular reports on cash flow and past-due accounts for management.
Occasionally assist with training and provide backup support for the Credit Manager.
Build strong relationships with Sales, Support, and Accounting teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
5+ years in credit and collections, including handling high-volume deductions.
Strong understanding of credit policies and industry standards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; ERP experience (Oracle preferred) is a plus.
Work Setup:
Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (local).
Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
