π Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
π Location: Brea, CA (100% Onsite)
π Schedule: Monday β Friday | 7:00 AM β 4:00 PM (PST)
π° Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
π Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension
Position Summary:
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a fast-paced office environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills, accuracy in order processing, and strong communication with both customers and internal teams.
Youβll handle all types of customer inquiries, order entry, tracking, and resolution of issues while supporting sales and service field representatives. Ideal candidates are proactive, independent, and not afraid to ask questions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
1+ years of office or customer service experience
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable asking questions for clarity and continuous improvement
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Process routine orders via phone, fax, and EDI systems
Manage standing orders and special pricing agreements for designated regions
Support sales and service reps with order placements, product info, and delivery updates
Provide shipment tracking and proof of delivery as needed
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry
Stay informed on product offerings and assist with special projects as needed
Pay Details: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
