Senior Payroll Analyst (Contract-to-Hire) – Ardmore, PA
We’re hiring on behalf of our client, a leading Consumer Services company with operations in 8 states. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for a seasoned Payroll Analyst to join their team.
Location: Ardmore, PA (Onsite)

What You’ll Do
Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for union, hourly, and salaried employees.
Ensure accurate final payments for terminated employees.
Audit and validate timesheets, payroll adjustments, and compliance with policies and contracts.
Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
Reconcile payroll data with general ledger accounts.
Support payroll tax filings and voluntary deductions (401k, stock plans, United Way).
Generate payroll reports for finance and operations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Benefits, IT).
Stay current on payroll laws and regulations.
Assist with audits, W-2 reconciliations, and special projects.
What You Bring
High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
5+ years of payroll experience.
Experience with systems like ADP, PeopleSoft, SAP.
Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance.
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups)
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with SOX controls and union contracts.
Experience supporting system upgrades and automation.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
