Now Hiring: Administrative / Customer Service Specialist

Location: Carlsbad, CA
Schedule: Fully On-site, Monday–Friday
Job Type: 4-week contract (Strong potential to be extended)
Pay Rate: $25/hour

We’re looking for an Administrative / Customer Service Specialist to support a dynamic insurance team in Carlsbad. This is a fully on-site position for an initial 4-week contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience with Salesforce, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks accurately.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify incoming leads using Salesforce

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems

  • Answer calls and emails with a customer-first mindset

  • Review and process paperwork with precision

  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations


Qualifications:

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience

  • Salesforce experience highly preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure

  • Reliable and punctual
