Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Title Clerk (On-Site, Carmel, IN)

Location: Carmel, Indiana
Pay: $18/hour

About the Role

This is a clerical and administrative position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and customer service experience who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work. No prior title or automotive experience is required — we provide full training.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming mail and title documents

  • Perform accurate, high-volume data entry

  • Scan and match title documents to barcoded folders

  • File, retrieve, and ship title documents as needed

  • Support general office and administrative tasks

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Dependable, organized, and a strong team player

  • Comfortable with computers and data entry

  • Fully on-site in Carmel, IN

  • Ideal for administrative professionals who enjoy consistency and structure
