LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with an established company. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in Center Valley, PA. This role will support the transformation of the accounting and finance function, enhance internal controls through continuous improvement, and deliver timely financial information and analysis. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate accounting records and provide valuable insights to business leadership.
Salary: $70- $80k
Location: Center Valley, PA
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily and monthly accounting tasks, including posting journal entries, analyzing transactions, and reconciling accounts.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and reporting standards; identify exceptions and escalate issues.
Prepare supporting workpapers and analysis for annual external audits.
Review and analyze financial results with accounting and business leadership.
Assist with annual financial close and compliance activities.
Build professional relationships across multiple departments.
Take initiative to solve problems and drive process improvements.
Occasional travel to manufacturing facilities for training, physical inventories, and operational immersion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or related field required; dual degree, minor, or certification in Data Analytics is a plus.
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 for all degrees earned.
At least 6 years of accounting experience preferred; public accounting experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal control frameworks preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
