LHH is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a prominent organization. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office, managing both internal and external administrative tasks, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

*Hybrid Schedule

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative and Project Support: Assist the CEO with various administrative tasks and project management, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

  • Calendar Management: Handle the CEO's complex calendar, schedule meetings, facilitate introductions, and coordinate with established contacts.

  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare daily briefings to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for internal and external meetings, including those with external boards of directors.

  • Problem Solving: Independently resolve complex administrative issues and perform diverse tasks often under tight deadlines.

  • File and Material Organization: Maintain and organize materials and files for ongoing projects.

  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.

  • Presentation Preparation: Prepare presentations for donor and client meetings.

  • Special Projects: Conduct research and provide support for special projects initiated by the CEO.

  • Budget Monitoring: Track revenue and expenses for special projects and prepare monthly expense reports.

  • Logistical Support: Oversee logistical needs for meetings, including room reservations, catering, technology, and conference call setups.

  • Technology Management: Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the CEO's devices and ensure smooth video meetings.

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 10+ years’ experience supporting C-suite



Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
