📍 Finance Legal Practice Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) | Onsite – Charlotte, NC
A well-established legal team is seeking a sharp, organized Legal Practice Assistant with finance experience for a temp-to-hire role. This is a fully onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30–5:00 or 9:00–5:30). Parking provided.
💵 Temp Rate: $26–$30/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and edit legal documents and correspondence
Manage client intake, conflict checks, and file setup
Coordinate meetings, travel, and billing support
Maintain calendars and handle general admin for 4–5 attorneys
What You’ll Need:
2+ years of admin experience (legal/finance preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
