📍 Finance Legal Practice Assistant (Temp-to-Hire) | Onsite – Charlotte, NC

A well-established legal team is seeking a sharp, organized Legal Practice Assistant with finance experience for a temp-to-hire role. This is a fully onsite position with a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30–5:00 or 9:00–5:30). Parking provided.

💵 Temp Rate: $26–$30/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and edit legal documents and correspondence

  • Manage client intake, conflict checks, and file setup

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, and billing support

  • Maintain calendars and handle general admin for 4–5 attorneys

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of admin experience (legal/finance preferred)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong multitasking and communication skills

  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
