LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Coordinator to join our client on a direct hire basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a passion for accuracy in payroll processing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely and compliant payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees
· Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity
· Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and timesheets
· Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting
· Assist with audits and compliance documentation
· Support onboarding and offboarding payroll tasks
Qualifications:
· 2+ years of payroll experience (contractor or employee)
· Familiarity with ADP payroll is required
· Strong Excel and data entry skills
· Knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations
· Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Compensation and schedule:
· Hourly rate: $23 - $24/hour (based on experience)
· Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days working from home
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
