Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys in a fast-paced Real Estate Finance practice
Prepare, revise, and format transactional documents using advanced Microsoft Word functions (styles, redlining, and document comparison)
Manage and organize closing documents and correspondence with internal and external clients
Coordinate deadlines, calendars, and meetings using Microsoft Outlook
Assist with document management using Adobe Acrobat
Support attorneys with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as needed
Maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and responsiveness in all work
Collaborate effectively with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal assistants
Requirements
3+ years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm environment
Transactional legal experience required; real estate finance experience strongly preferred
Candidates without CRE experience may be considered if they have recent transactional experience at a large or mid-sized firm
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including styles and redlining) and Adobe Acrobat
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
