LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Regulatory Governance Lead to serve as a key point of contact for global registration and licensing activities within a large financial services organization. This role partners closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Risk, and Compliance to ensure adherence to regulatory registration requirements and support enterprise‑wide regulatory reporting and attestations. This is a contract opportunity, expected to span through December 2026 and provides excellent exposure with one of the world’s leading Tier 1 banks.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for global registration governance activities
Manage registrations and covered person status with regulatory bodies, including SEC, FINRA, OCC, and NFA
Oversee onboarding and offboarding of registered employees, ensuring timely updates and remediation of registration requirements
Perform reconciliation and remediation of registration obligations
Prepare and support management reporting and regulatory attestations
Collaborate with Finance and Regulatory Reporting teams to develop commentary supporting capital charges and regulatory disclosures
Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve registration-related issues efficiently
Participate in ad hoc initiatives supporting new processes, regulatory changes, or operational improvements
Communicate effectively with senior management, providing timely updates and risk awareness
Required Qualifications
Experience in a regulatory operations, governance, or registration environment within financial services
Knowledge of the securities industry, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk concepts
Familiarity with regulatory bodies such as SEC, FINRA, OCC, and NFA
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Self‑motivated, independent worker with sound judgment on escalation
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting regulatory reporting, attestations, or capital commentary
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Comfort working across diverse teams and perspectives in a global environment
Commitment to continuous improvement, collaboration, and inclusive working practices
Worksite Type: onsite during training and hybrid 3 days per week onsite thereafter
Compensation: $40.00-46.15/hr thereafter
