Receptionist The Receptionist is the first point of contact for all visitors and callers to the manufacturing facility. This role is essential in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment while providing efficient and courteous administrative support. This is a Contract to Hire opportunity located in Cicero, IL. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls.
  • Manage visitor sign-in and out procedures, ensuring visitor safety and security.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Order and maintain office supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with mail distribution and courier services.
  • Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, and vendors.
  • Provide information to callers and visitors as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience within a Manufacturing enviornment is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Details:

  • Monday- Friday, 100% onsite
  • Pay $17-$19 an hour depending on experience
