Construction Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Construction Administrative Assistant
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Overview:
We are seeking a Construction Administrative Assistant to support office and field operations for our construction client. This is a great role for candidates who excel in organization, communication, and administrative support within a project‑driven environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project teams, superintendents, and office staff
Prepare, edit, and organize construction documentation, including permits, compliance forms, and project packets
Assist with subcontractor onboarding and vendor management
Track certificates of insurance, safety documentation, and expiration dates
Handle document control including filing, scanning, and maintaining project folders
Manage phones, emails, calendars, and general office operations
Support accounts payable/receivable teams with basic data entry as needed
Coordinate meetings, deliveries, and site logistics
Assist with bid coordination, pre‑construction packets, or marketing materials (depending on client)
Qualifications:
Experience in a construction office environment preferred
Strong administrative/office support background
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Familiarity with construction platforms is a plus (Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Comfortable interfacing with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
High school diploma required; additional education a plus
Pay Details: $19.00 to $24.00 per hour
