Project Coordinator – Construction
Job Title: Project Coordinator – Construction
Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio
Overview:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator with construction experience. These roles support project managers and field teams by ensuring that project documentation, schedules, and communication stay organized and on track. Ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy supporting multiple moving parts.
Responsibilities:
Assist Project Managers in coordinating day-to-day project activities
Maintain project schedules, calendars, and status updates
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other construction documents
Track project milestones, budgets, and deadlines
Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
Support jobsite teams with documentation and project reporting
Prepare meeting notes, progress updates, and closeout materials
Organize and maintain digital and physical project files
Assist with procurement tracking, delivery coordination, and vendor onboarding
Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting construction projects preferred (GC or subcontractor environment ideal)
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Experience with construction software is a plus (Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, etc.)
Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
High school diploma required, associate or bachelor’s degree a plus
Pay Details: $26.44 to $31.25 per hour
