We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist to join a growing U.S. industrial manufacturer supporting critical applications with industrial products. We are looking for someone to provide customer service, order processing, and administrative support for our technical product lines. This is a full-time, in-office role (Mon–Fri). If you enjoy supporting customers, coordinating details, and helping keep industrial operations running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Process and review orders, samples, returns, and credit requests

• Respond to pricing, delivery, and order status inquiries

• Coordinate with operations, shipping, and sales teams

• Assist with quotations and documentation

• Resolve customer issues with a solution-focused approach

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree preferred

• 3+ years B2B customer service or inside sales support experience

• ERP experience required

• Salesforce experience a plus

• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Spanish bilingual skills a plus
