We’re hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a busy and welcoming office near the Cleveland airport. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central hub of activity—greeting guests, answering phones, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. While you’ll sit at the reception desk, your main responsibilities will focus on event coordination, office supply management, facilities support, and administrative support for leadership.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
Plan and coordinate internal events, meetings, and team gatherings.
Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
Handle facilities-related issues and coordinate with vendors/building management.
Support the manager with calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of administrative experience in a professional office setting.
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook and Excel).
Experience with scheduling and expense reporting tools is a plus.
Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
