LHH is hiring for a Property Accountant near the Colleyville, Texas area. This is a role for a go-getter that would like a career with a successful company with great benefits. Qualified candidates will have full cycle accounting knowledge, GAAP, strong reconciliations, General Ledger knowledge and be ready to step in and make a difference. Responsibilities:
· Monthly Reconciliations
· Responsible for monthly Financials and Monthly Reporting
· Assist with Budgets and Forecasting
· Reconcile Bank Accounts and Tenant Accounts
· Review and process monthly invoices and property related expenses
· Monthly reporting in Excel
Qualifications:
· Two plus years of full cycle accounting
· Previous property management Accountant level experience
· Strong Ability to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers
· RealPage software is a must!
· Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Word and MS Excel is needed for success
