Looking for a role where you can take ownership, lead a team, and make a real impact on how AP operates day to day?

We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee a high-volume environment, support a team, and help drive consistency, accuracy, and process improvements across the function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance execution with team development.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time

  • Lead and support a team, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day direction

  • Review reporting and activity to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with internal controls

  • Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and keep workflows moving efficiently

  • Monitor workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met

  • Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen overall AP operations


What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including hands-on processing

  • 2+ years in a lead or supervisory role

  • Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and general accounting principles

  • Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

  • Proven ability to manage priorities and support a team effectively

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel


Must-Have:

  • Bilingual in Spanish (able to communicate confidently in a professional setting)
