We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a Bilingual Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee a high-volume environment, support a team, and help drive consistency, accuracy, and process improvements across the function. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance execution with team development.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time
Lead and support a team, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day direction
Review reporting and activity to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
Ensure processes are consistent, compliant, and aligned with internal controls
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and keep workflows moving efficiently
Monitor workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are consistently met
Contribute to process improvements and help strengthen overall AP operations
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Accounts Payable experience, including hands-on processing
2+ years in a lead or supervisory role
Strong understanding of AP processes, controls, and general accounting principles
Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
Proven ability to manage priorities and support a team effectively
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with accounting systems and Excel
Must-Have:
Bilingual in Spanish (able to communicate confidently in a professional setting)
