Responsibilities:



  • Oversee daily operations of the Property Management Office.


  • Provide phone coverage and support for administrative staff.


  • Assist with vendor contracts and equipment inventory.


  • Manage the property management calendar and filing systems.


  • Coordinate building access for contractors and vendors.


  • Order supplies and create various letters.


  • Assist with parking, leasing inquiries, and special events.


  • Update building websites and coordinate tenant security access cards.


  • Retrieve and distribute incoming mail.


  • Coordinate leasing tours.


  • Prepare and issue direct bill invoices.


  • Maintain insurance files and send notification letters.


  • Foster positive customer relations and schedule orientations.


  • Manage recycling program, customer events, and tenant move-ins/outs.


  • Prepare tenant signs, keys, and directory information.


  • Maintain tenant contact list.


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of administrative/office management experience


  • Commercial real estate experience preferred


  • Must be detail-oriented and well-organized


  • Must have the ability to manage time and multiple projects efficiently and achieve the required results



Details:



  • Onsite, M-F, 8-5


  • Pay: $25-28.85/hr.
