LHH is working with a high-performing Commercial Property Management organization in the North Dallas Area to identify a Leasing Broker Assistant to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced organization that is full of highly-motivated individuals.
Summary:
The Broker's Assistant will work to assist the Sales operations of the Property Management organization. The person in this role will help manage the Broker's schedule & calendar, fielding meeting requests from clients. The Broker's Assistant will track presentations and organize tours for the Leasing Broker to ensure that deals are made as smoothly and quickly as possible.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide Administrative Support to the Leasing Broker
Researching clients and stakeholders for the Leasing Broker
Managing the leasing broker's daily schedule while fielding meeting requests
Managing internal company requests, including conference meetings, travel requests, and internal marketing communications.
Overseeing Mailchimp Newsletter Campaigns
Preparing and sending gifts for clients
Assist with preparing slide decks for the Broker's meetings
Tracking presentations and retaining a list of client records
Following up with clients
Reviewing processes & procedures and making suggestions to improve workflow
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to work in a team-focused environment
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Telephone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong Interpersonal skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree is required.
