Logistics Coordinator – Corporate Operations

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support corporate logistics and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and carriers to ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while supporting broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple business units

  • Serve as a point of contact between corporate teams, carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers

  • Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and proactively resolve exceptions or delays

  • Maintain accurate logistics documentation, reports, and KPIs for corporate leadership

  • Support budgeting, invoicing, and freight cost analysis

  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, and internal policies

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in corporate logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Experience working with ERP, TMS, or logistics management systems

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a corporate environment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred

Work Environment

  • Corporate office or hybrid setting

  • Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with cross-functional exposure



Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
