Logistics Coordinator – Corporate Operations
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support corporate logistics and supply chain operations. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, vendors, and carriers to ensure the efficient, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods while supporting broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate domestic and international shipments across multiple business units
Serve as a point of contact between corporate teams, carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers
Track shipments, manage delivery timelines, and proactively resolve exceptions or delays
Maintain accurate logistics documentation, reports, and KPIs for corporate leadership
Support budgeting, invoicing, and freight cost analysis
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, trade requirements, and internal policies
Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in corporate logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working with ERP, TMS, or logistics management systems
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a corporate environment
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Work Environment
Corporate office or hybrid setting
Fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with cross-functional exposure
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
