LHH is working with a high-performing Commercial Property Management organization in the North Dallas Area to identify a Property Management Assistant to join their team! This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced organization that is full of determined individuals.
Summary:
The Property Manager Assistant will work to assist the operations of the Property Management Division. The person in this role will communicate and assist tenants, immediately and directly responding to property-related issues. The PM Assistant will work with Property Management Team to create marketing materials and involve the use of Yardi Software to communicate to tenants & other stakeholders. This role also works to coordinate property maintenance with onsite and independent contractors to handle repairs and ensure legal compliance on all managed properties.
Responsibilities:
Help with daily operations of the Property Management Group
Communicate and provide assistance to tenants
Respond immediately to property-related issues
Gather materials and services necessary for property maintenance
Work with Management to create marketing materials
Oversee property management employees (e.g. maintenance crews)
Perform other duties as needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Critical thinking and strong reasoning skills
Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong Organizational Skills
Ability to work in a team-focused environment
Ability to work independently
Strong customer service skills
Telephone etiquette
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong Interpersonal skills
Education
Associate Degree or higher is required
