Candidate Identification & Engagement
Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, and networking, to identify passive and active candidates.
Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
Pipeline Development
Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs.
Track and manage candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
Collaboration
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and business needs.
Provide market insights and talent availability reports to stakeholders.
Marketing & Branding
Create job-related marketing content, including postings, email campaigns, and social media messaging.
Promote employer brand through strategic engagement with talent communities.
Metrics & Reporting
Compile and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Prepare reports for internal reviews and client updates.
Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
