Accounting & Finance

  • Candidate Identification & Engagement

    • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media, job boards, and networking, to identify passive and active candidates.

    • Develop and execute creative outreach strategies to attract diverse talent pools.

  • Pipeline Development

    • Build and maintain a comprehensive candidate pipeline aligned with current and future hiring needs.

    • Track and manage candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.

  • Collaboration

    • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and business needs.

    • Provide market insights and talent availability reports to stakeholders.

  • Marketing & Branding

    • Create job-related marketing content, including postings, email campaigns, and social media messaging.

    • Promote employer brand through strategic engagement with talent communities.

  • Metrics & Reporting

    • Compile and analyze sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness and recommend improvements.

    • Prepare reports for internal reviews and client updates.



Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
