Customer Service Representative – Hamilton, NJ

Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour
Contract Position

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Hamilton, NJ. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues promptly.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency with basic computer applications.
