Position Overview
We are seeking a Data Entry Clerk to assist with data input, spreadsheet updates, and general administrative support in a supply chain or trade-focused environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong data analytics skills, critical thinking ability, and familiarity with supply chain operations.
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must reside in the U.S. and include their state of residence and preferred time zone for scheduling purposes.

Data Analytics β Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
Critical Thinking β Ability to analyze, question, and solve issues independently
Supply Chain or Trade Exposure β Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, or trade workflows
Key Responsibilities
Operate data entry systems to record and verify a variety of business or statistical data
Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases accurately
Monitor department email inboxes and respond or escalate messages as needed
Perform daily administrative tasks under the guidance of a supervisor
Apply judgment and follow pre-established procedures and guidelines
Utilize 10-key skills and meet standard typing speed (WPM/KSph)
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of experience in data entry or a related administrative role
Strong familiarity with standard data entry and analytics tools
Experience with Microsoft Excel; Power BI is a strong plus
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under general supervision with some independent decision-making
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
