Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading property management company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 4 years of recent, relevant experience.

This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $29.00 and $32.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Processing full-cycle AP: scanning, uploading, entering, and batching invoices; issuing payments


• Weekly check runs


• Reconciling vendor statements


• Providing excellent customer service to vendors


• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies


• Processing refunds


• Processing expense reports


• Preparing credit applications


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 4 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Previous experience with Yardi preferred


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent analytical skills


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $29.00 and $32.00
