Position Overview:


LHH is currently seeking a Temporary HR Specialist to support a client in downtown Denver, CO. This position is perfect for individuals with basic HR experience who are looking for a short-term opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of HR functions. The HR Specialist will perform essential HR tasks, including employee records management, benefits administration, and general support to the HR department.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation


  • Maintain accurate employee records and data


  • Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.)


  • Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping


  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits


  • Help with employee engagement activities and internal communications


  • Perform general HR administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred, but not required


  • Strong organizational and communication skills


  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
