Position Details:

• Job Title: Billing Specialist

• Location: Detroit, MI (Fully On-Site)

• Type: Direct Hire

• Compensation: $24–$27 per hour (based on experience)

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00/4:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and process project or partial billing for clients

• Prepare, review, and submit invoices accurately and timely

• Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve client inquiries

• Collaborate with project managers and accounting team to ensure billing accuracy

• Maintain organized billing records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in billing, preferably with project or partial billing

• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online is ideal

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
