LHH is seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Administrator to join a dynamic HR team in Duluth, GA. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the recruitment process and enhancing the candidate experience, allowing the HR team to focus on high-level strategy. The ideal candidate is early in their career, highly motivated, and ready to develop under the mentorship of a seasoned HR leader.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Screening Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assist in candidate selection.


  • Onboarding Support: Assist in creating and managing onboarding plans for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one.


  • Offer Letter Management: Prepare, send, and track offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.


  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.


  • Recruitment Process Support: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring the recruitment process remains organized and efficient.


  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates, answering questions and providing updates throughout the recruitment process.


  • General Administrative Support: Assist with various recruitment tasks and administrative duties, as needed, to ensure the recruitment process is running smoothly.


Qualifications:



  • Bilingual: Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.


  • Experience: Prior experience in a recruitment or HR-related role is highly preferred (such as screening candidates, managing interview schedules, and preparing offer letters).


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.


  • Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Cultural: Requires a real go-getter with a positive attitude, eager to learn and develop professionally. Must be adaptable, resourceful, and willing to grow in the HR field under mentorship.
