LHH is partnering with a reputable client in Duluth, GA to find a dedicated Data Entry Specialist who will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of business-critical data. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. Your work will directly support multiple departments and help ensure seamless data flow across the organization.
Primary Responsibilities
Data Input: Enter and update information from various sources—such as paper forms, digital files, and scanned documents—into company databases with precision.
Verification: Cross-check data entries against source materials to identify and resolve any inconsistencies.
Database Management: Keep internal systems current by regularly updating and maintaining data sets.
Quality Assurance: Perform routine audits to uphold data accuracy and consistency.
File Organization: Maintain both digital and physical records in a structured and easily retrievable format.
Team Support: Assist other departments with administrative tasks, including report generation and data-related projects.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in data entry or related areas is a plus.
Experience: Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment
Setting: Office-based role with a standard workweek.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
