Job Title: Senior Inside Sales Representative
Location: Edison, NJ
Type of Employment: Permanent
In Office/Hybrid/Remote: 100% in Office
Hourly Rate: $60,000 - $70,000
Job Summary:
An e-commerce organization in Edison, NJ is working with LHH to hire a full-time Senior Inside Sales Representative. The hours are Monday through Thursday 9:00AM to 6:00PM and Friday 9:00AM to 2:00PM. The qualified candidate should have at least 3 years of experience within an inside sales role for a consumer-packaged goods organization.

Responsibilities:
Provide quotations to clients, negotiating when required
Track leads and maintain a sales pipeline
Work within the company CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, to update customer information
Identify cross selling and upselling opportunities to maximize sales
Qualify potential customers and assign them to the appropriate team member
Listen and understand customers’ needs, providing excellent customer service and assisting with questions and concerns
Provide support in planning and organizing lunch and learns with outside firms, confirming attendees beforehand and obtaining feedback afterwards
Attend tradeshows locally and nationally 4 times a year
Required Experience:
Three to five years of related inside sales experience with a CPG/manufacturing organization
Knowledge of a CRM system, Microsoft Dynamics a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Ability to negotiate
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Possess an aptitude for leadership
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
