LHH is assisting a well‑established regional law firm in its search for a Paralegal to join its Franchise Law Practice Group. This team supports a broad range of transactional and regulatory matters and plays a critical role in helping franchise clients navigate ongoing operational and compliance needs.
In this role, the paralegal will collaborate closely with multiple attorneys and support the preparation, maintenance, and filing of franchise regulatory documentation. The position offers hands‑on exposure to clients, meaningful interaction with partners, and the opportunity to grow within a busy and highly service‑oriented practice.

Compensation & Benefits Snapshot
• Base salary range: 60,000 to 115,000 annually

Candidate Requirements
• At least 1 year of current, substantive paralegal experience in corporate, intellectual property, franchise, or other transactional practice areas
- California paralegal certification preferred but not required
- Experience preparing transactional documents and working under tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Outlook
- Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work effectively with a team
