Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Payable Specialist job in Englewood, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $26.00 and $28.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

Responsibilities:

• Processing full-cycle accounts payable with three-way matching


• Working with other departments to get proper payment approvals


• Providing excellent customer service to vendors and providing payment status updates


• Researching and resolving payment discrepancies


• Reconciling the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger


• Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes


• Assisting with preparing for audits


• All other related tasks as required

  Qualifications:



• At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role


• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP software preferred


• Excellent attention to detail


• Excellent analytical skills


• Excellent customer service skills


• Excellent organizational skills

  Compensation:



• Hourly rate between $26.00 and $28.00
