LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Workplace Design Project Coordinator, for a 10 month contract opportunity with the potential for contract-to-hire, working a hybrid schedule, for a company in the Westend of Richmond, Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Manage and work between 10 to 30 tickets at one time, as well as track progress and provide updates

• Work with vendors on item requests, site visits and issues

• Handle furniture move requests including creating existing and proposed furniture drawings to meet codes

• Gather pricing information for repairs and obtain purchasing authority for billing

• Work punch lists and research design standards and approvals

• Assist Move Coordinator with projects as needed.

• Travel is required as needed for projects, as well as attending meetings about installations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD/Revit

• Understanding of ticket work order systems helpful

• Background in commercial furniture, design, project management

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro

• Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro to create and edit documents

• Able to work in a fast paced environment.

Contract Pay: $30 to $40 an your
