LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Loan Operations Associate, for a 6 month contract opportunity, working a hybrid schedule, in Richmond, Virginia.
Duties include processing loan payoffs, manage incoming/outgoing mail, provide pay off letters, loan verifications, basic account maintenance, customer transactions and balance transactions, update information, answer incoming calls and other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate
• 1+ year of operations experience in a bank is preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
• Professional, organized, follows directions and reliable
Contract Pay: $22 to $28 an hour
