Position: Financial Systems Analyst (Source-to-Pay End User Support) Work Schedule: Remote - PST Hours


Pay: $37.50hr to $50hr depending on experience level

Description:


As a Financial Systems Analyst (Source-to-Pay End User Support), you will play a crucial role in providing technical and business support to end users across all levels within the organization, with a specific focus on financial systems within the workstream. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, offering timely and accurate solutions in compliance with policy, identifying improvement opportunities, and assisting with system testing, basic analysis, and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:



  • End User Assistance: Provide timely and effective support to end users regarding the STP process and systems. Ensure accurate and complete data documentation in tickets prior to closure in the Service Now system. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through system functionalities. Identify, prioritize, and resolve incidents from Executives (VP and above) and their assistants. Effectively escalate and communicate issues to the appropriate resources when necessary. Prioritize work and exercise good judgment while managing multiple tasks.


  • Process Improvement: Proactively track, monitor, and analyze systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement within the STP workstream.


  • Documentation: Document internal troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing.


  • Compliance: Support the governance and monitoring of STP financial systems compliance in accordance with company policies, standards, and SOX requirements.


  • System Testing: Conduct tests on system enhancements and modifications to ensure the integrity of the system's functionality and data.


  • Other: Provide support on other projects or tasks as requested by the team or management.

Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or procurement environment.


  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, with specific experience in Coupa preferred.


  • Proficiency in Service Now or similar ticketing systems.


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.


  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Coupa Certification) are a plus.
