Bilingual Assistant Community Manager

Location: Onsite in Gresham, OR


Pay: $22–$26 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Contract: 2–4 month contract with potential for permanent hire

About the Role

A client of LHH Recruitment is seeking a Bilingual Assistant Community Manager who is fluent in Spanish and English to support daily operations within a residential community. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing exceptional resident service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has strong administrative and communication skills.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, applicants, and vendors, providing support in both Spanish and English.

  • Assist with leasing activities including application processing, income verification, and move-in/move-out coordination.

  • Support the Community Manager with daily operations, property compliance tasks, notices, and resident communications.

  • Manage resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and follow-ups with professionalism and urgency.

  • Prepare reports, maintain resident files, and ensure accuracy of all documentation.

  • Help coordinate community events, meetings, and resident engagement activities.

  • Enforce community policies and assist with rent collection, posting, and delinquency follow-up.

  • Provide translation and interpretation as needed to support residents and staff.


Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)

  • 1+ years of experience in property management, leasing, or similar

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain organized and handle competing priorities

  • Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; furthering education is a plus



Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
