Job Title: Cash Application Specialist

Location: Gresham, Oregon

Hours: 8-5pm, Monday - Friday, Temp to Hire

Compensation: $25-28 per hour

LHH is proud to partner with a leading company in Gresham, OR, to hire an experienced Cash Application Specialist for their growing team!

Do you have 2+ years of cash application experience and ERP system knowledge? If so, this is your chance to join a collaborative environment where your expertise will make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Post cash receipts to customer accounts and reconcile batches daily.

  • Generate AR and GL reports for management review.

  • Prepare journal entries and adjustments to AR and GL accounts.

  • Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1–2 years in Cash Applications, AR, or related accounting roles.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry (10-key).

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to research issues, solve problems, and escalate when necessary.



Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
