LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist with 5 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Direct Hire opportunity, within the food, beverage and nutrition industry, located in Hauppauge, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Present and promote company products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Proactively follow up on new leads and referrals to drive business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Provide clients with product information and sales materials, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of offerings.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
- Identify, address, and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
- Utilize CRM software to record activities, manage pipelines, track follow-ups, and ensure alignment with sales goals.
- Communicate new product opportunities, market developments, and client feedback to relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal staff to ensure successful completion of sales processes.
- 5 years of Customer Relations/Inside Sales experience within food, beverage or nutrition industry
Work Site: On-Site
Salary: $80,000-100,000/yr
