Site Safety Manager – Eastern Oregon

LHH is working with a client in Eastern Oregon seeking a Site Safety Manager to lead safety efforts at a large construction site. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety training and awareness sessions
• Investigate and document incidents
• Perform site inspections and manage safety equipment
• Collaborate with field leadership to promote a safety-first culture

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of safety experience in construction or manufacturing
• OSHA knowledge preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to educate and influence teams effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office
