We are assisting a client in the north suburbs with an accounts payable clerk search. This is a part time temporary role and onsite. They are looking for someone that can work 15-20 hours/week.
Review accounts payable
Ensure proper coding and approvals
Review and process expense reports
Process payments
Reconciling bank accounts
Vendor communication and update accounts
Maintain payment schedules
Assist with month end close and reporting
Required:
2 years + in accounts payable
Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
Deadline driven and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Pay: $25-$28/hour
Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
