Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Onsite – Hillsboro, OR
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Duration: 6 month contract with possibility of permanent hire
Pay: $22–$24.25/hour


About the Role

LHH Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support day-to-day human resources operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a key point of contact for employees and HR processes.



Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems
  • Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
  • Coordinate HR-related documentation and compliance tracking
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communications
  • Schedule interviews and support recruitment logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team



Qualifications

  • 1+ years of previous experience in HR, office administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities


Pay Details: $22.00 to $24.25 per hour
