LHH is looking for a proactive and detail-savvy HR Generalist to support our client’s team. This role plays a key part in managing employee lifecycle activities—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring our HR practices align with legal standards and foster a positive workplace culture.


What You’ll Do:
  • Manage onboarding logistics including background checks, eligibility documentation, and orientation.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure adherence to employment laws at all levels.
  • Facilitate smooth offboarding experiences and gather feedback through exit interviews.
  • Coordinate employee programs like recognition awards, referral incentives, and welcome kits.
  • Keep employee records up to date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Help meditate workplace concerns and contribute to a healthy team environment.
  • Maintain and update HRIS platforms to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide administrative support for HR events, communications, and documentation.
  • Collaborate on HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Take on additional tasks that help the HR team meet its goals.
What You Bring:
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to connect across all levels.
  • Strong organizational habits and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and managing employee data.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus.
