LHH is partnering with a leading distribution and supply company in Houston, TX to hire a skilled and dependable Accounts Receivable Specialist. This company is financially strong, recession-resistant, and growing rapidly! They offer a full benefits package, annual bonus, and flexibility!

Hourly pay for the AR Specialist ranges from $27 to $30 depending on experience.


Job Duties:

  • Manage full accounts receivable process

  • Handle credit reviews, collections, and risk assessments

  • Work with large account portfolios (up to $25M)

  • Communicate with customers and internal teams, including leadership

  • Use Excel for reports and account analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

  • Review credit reports



    Job Requirements:

  • 2 or more years of accounts receivable experience (collections & credit preferred)

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Excellent communication

  • Familiarity with credit and risk review processes

  • Looking for someone interested in long-term growth and stability




Pay Details: $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
