LHH is excited to partner with a prestigious global Corporate Services company in search of a passionate and driven Billing Specialist who is ready to make a significant impact in Houston, TX! This company offers a HYBRID work schedule after training.
Qualified candidates should have at least one year of recent experience in a billing role and a strong desire to show up ready to learn and grow.
The hourly pay for the Billing Specialist ranges between $25 to $27 per hour depending on experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all invoices are correct and error-free
- Uploading invoices to and working in various client portals with meticulous detail
- Carefully examining contracts to understand service terms
- Investigating and addressing any billing discrepancies
- Assisting with various kinds of billing for roughly 600 assigned accounts
- Processing rebills and credit memos as necessary
Job Requirements:
- One or more years’ billing experience in most recent role(s)
- Intermediate Excel
- Excellent communication, written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Client web portal experience preferred
- Experience reviewing contracts or multiple kinds of billing preferred
Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
